Vera van de Seyp is an Amsterdam-based media artist, designer and creative coder combines graphic design and typography with creative practices spanning from machine learning, data scraping and data visualization.

With a background in graphic design and a strong focus on typography, she has committed herself to exploring new forms of design through artificial intelligence and creative coding to push the boundaries of media. In her work, she questions how we perceive and interpret the world and presents new and unexpected answers.

As a key player in the male-dominated Creative Coding scene, Vera inspires through her playful and open approaches.

Next to her creative work, Vera teaches at the Royal Academy of Art, The Hague, and gives workshops and lectures across the world to inspire makers to code and make their own tools.
